Wir bieten eine neue frische Ferienhaus am Parterre Stock. Die kürzlich renovierte und modern eingerichtete Villa ist ideal für alle, die Komfort und großzügige Innen- und Außenbereiche suchen.
Die Unterkunft umfasst:

- Eine separate, voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine;
- Zwei geräumige Doppelzimmer;
- Ein Schlafzimmer, perfekt für Kinder oder Gäste;
- Ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche;
- Eine charmante Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, ideal zum Entspannen und für gemütliche Mittag- und Abendessen im Freien;
Zur Unterkunft gehört außerdem ein großer Eckgarten, in dem Sie die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen und den ganzen Tag über frische Luft tanken können.
Zusätzlich sind Klimaanlage, Moskitonetze und Privatparkplaetze für mehrere Fahrzeuge vorhanden.
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwa 800 Meter vom Strand entfernt, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es befindet sich in günstiger Lage zum Zentrum und allen Annehmlichkeiten.

1) DEPOSIT
To book you must pay a deposit of at least 30% of the rent by cash, debit card, bank transfer, or check or bank draft.
2) ARRIVAL
The arrival must take place on the appointed day, between 3.30 pm and 7.00 pm.
The balance will be paid on the day of check-in in cash, debit or credit card.
Or by bank transfer in advance at least 7 days before arrival.
In case of delay, please notify the Agency. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all the people who will occupy the holiday home must be shown (if not already done beforehand) for registration.
3) DEPARTURE
The holiday home must be vacated by people and things between 9.00 am and 10.00 am on the set day.
The cooking area must always be left tidy and clean, at a cost of €. 30.00.
4) CANCELLATION
In case of impossibility to the holiday:
a) the Guest will lose the deposit paid;
b) for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, the Agency is authorized to request the entire balance of the rent.
5) RESIDENCE RULES
The use of the holiday home is allowed up to the maximum number of people indicated in each individual property card (in this regard children over 3 years are considered as adults). Any default will result in termination of the contract.
6) SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon collection of the keys will be required a deposit from €. 100,00 to €. 400,00 at the discretion of the agency. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the holiday home.
The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and home appliances.
The vacation home has been carefully checked before you enter; if something had escaped us (regarding furnishing, functionality of the systems, cleaning, etc.), you will want to inform us no later than 12.00 on the day after arrival, in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings at the end of the lease checks.
Any damage, breakage or lack may be charged and should the deposit prove to be insufficient it must be integrated.
7) EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS
Our holiday homes are equipped with all comforts: kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, kitchen battery (pots, dishes, glasses and dishes), hot / cold running water, electricity, gas, washing machine.
Wi-Fi FREE H24: our customers can surf for free at the check-in / reception area.
8) WARRANTIES
- Secure booking. The data that you communicate to us at the time of booking will be protected by a secure connection.
- Protected privacy. Your data serves only to guarantee the reservation.
- No booking fees. Agency commissions are already included.

EXTRA COSTS
• Final cleaning: €. 70.00/90.00 depending on the type of accommodation (cooking corner cleaning required)
• Consumption: electricity/water/gas: €. 35,00 / 42,00 / 49,00 per week depending on the type of accommodation
• Air conditioning: €. 35,00 / 42,00 / 49,00 depending on the type of accommodation
• For stays longer than 2 weeks: electricity and gas consumption are counted as a meter reading; water consumption: €. 9.00/12.00 per week depending on the type of accommodation
• Tourist tax: €. 0.50 per person per night up to 14 nights, to be paid locally. Over 14 nights, you will always pay the fixed rate of 14. Children up to 11 years of age do not pay.
EXTRA OPTIONAL SERVICES
- Extra bed (where possible): €. 20.00 per week
- Baby cot: €. 20.00 per week
- Pets: allowed (only on request when booking): from €. 20,00/week to €. 40,00/week depends on the size
