We have been dealing with rentals and sales of holiday homes and apartments on the Adriatic coast in Italy for about 30 years.

We carry out our business with passion.

We can offer quality homes with all comforts. Flat screen TV with satellite antenna, washing machine, air conditioning and in some cases, heating, two bathrooms. Spacious gardens suitable also for dog & cats, for a pet friendly holiday.

April - May: 9.30 - 12.30 / 15.30 - 19.00 every day (including holidays)

June - September: 9.30 - 12.30 / 15.30 - 19.30 every day (including holidays)

October - March: 9.30 - 12.30 / 15.00 -18.00 from Wednesday to Sunday (including holidays)

Closed: 20.12 - 15.01 each year

Booking is simple

When you have decided on the period of your stay and have chosen the type of house that is ideal for you, you can send us a request: info@agenziasit.it, or you can call our telephone numbers (+39 0533 379577 or WhatsApp  346 6605236). We will answer you as soon as possible and we will give you all the indications for to be able to book.
Based on our availability, it is also possible to make an online reservation directly from our site.

In case of impossibility to the holiday:

a) the Guest will lose the deposit paid;

b) for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, the Agency is authorized to request the entire balance of the rent.

You can guarantee your holiday with "Booking Protection" by Allianz, world leader in insurance, protecting the deposit or the full amount in case of cancellation... calculates the estimate!

Of course! Our holiday homes, if not occupied, can be viewed.

The website photos represent faithfully the status and characteristics of our holidlay homes.

You will find the keys of the house booked at our reception, in Viale United States of America 32 in Lido delle Nazioni.
The key collection time is during the check-in times: from 15.30 to 19.30.

For check-in, you must go first to our Reception.
Our staff will take care of accompanying you to your holiday home.

Lido delle Nazioni is located in a strategic point, in the heart of the charming Po Delta Park, but also close to wonderful cities of art such as:

San Marino which is 120 km away

Our holiday homes are equipped with all the comforts:

- kitchen equipped with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, sometimes microwave oven;

- kitchen battery (pots, plates, glasses, crockery, cutlery);

- hot/cold potable running water, electricity, gas;

- washing machine;

- air conditioning in almost all the houses.

On request baby cot and high chair.
